Q-How much do you charge for pizza?

A- Please see our menu page or booking page for events

Q- Why slices? 
A- Each slice of our pizza is a 1/4 of a 14 inch pizza. Slices allows you to have as much or as little as you want, try different flavours or cater for your event guests appetites. Slices allows us to price in a way that is accessible for all and speeds up our service. Simply, slices make us ‘Slice ‘n’ Easy!’

Q- Where will you be for your pop up locations?

A- This varies, please check our social media for the weeks spots

Q- I love your pizza! How do I book you, I simply must have you

A- Drop us an email or use the 'contact us' section with your details, the date you'd like, how many pizza's you'd like and any other requests and we will be in touch!

Q- How many slices do I need for my event?

A- That depends on the service you want and we are happy to advise. As a benchmark, we advise two slices of pizza per guest is suitable for most evening buffets style services, or one slice for children under 12.

Q- How long do we get you for?

A- A service is normally around 2 hours, or until we've cooked all your pizzas. We need 1 hour to set up and around 1 hour to clean down. 

Q- How do I confirm my booking?

A- Once a date is confirmed as available by us a 30% deposit of the total secures your date. Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to the event. 

Q- What is included in the hire fee?

A- The £250 covers travel (up to 25 miles from our base), staff costs for the service, set up and clear down, utensils, and power usage

Q- Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

A- Yup!

Q- Can I request a specific pizza not on your menu for my party?

A- Ordinarily, not unless you purchase our optional extra ‘design your own’. If there are minor changes or dietary requirements then we are happy to discuss

Q- Help! I need to change the date of my event!

A- We want your event to be perfect, so where possible we will accommodate a change for an exceptional circumstances. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity. If a new date cannot be arranged satisfactorily a refund may be given minus the 30% deposit unless within 6 weeks of the original date. 

Q- What about bad weather?

A- A reschedule on the day due to bad weather is not normally possible, as by then we have incurred staff and ingredient costs. However, if we decide the weather is too dangerous/unsafe to proceed we will consider cancellation and reschedule at our expense. 

Q- 'I've bought the ‘design your own’ extra and now would like lobster tail and steak on a pizza as my designed option

A- Wow, what a combo- when designing special pizza for your day we will work with you to come up with a combination that is achievable for us to cook to a consistently high standard that tastes great. We will have to veto certain ingredients if they are not readily available or not practical to cook with. 

Q- Do you do gluten free pizza?

A- Due to our processes we cannot ensure a safe cooking environment free of cross contamination so we currently do not offer Gluten free options

Q- Do you do vegan cheese?

A-We are in the process of testing vegan cheeses. Watch this space!

A- Yes! Please click this link. Please note due to our operating environment we cannot guarantee an absolute allergen free space. PLEASE SPEAK TO STAFF PRIOR TO ORDERING IF YOU HAVE A DAIRY OR GLUTEN ALLERGY
