Q-How much do you charge for pizza?
A- We charge per head for a service period of 2-3 hours. We have various options starting from £9 per head.
Q- Why slices?
A- Each slice of our pizza is a 1/4 of a 15 inch pizza. Slices allows you to have as much or as little as you want, try different flavours or cater for your event guests appetites. Slices allows us to price in a way that is accessible for all and speeds up our service. Simply, slices make us ‘Slice ‘n’ Easy!’
Q- Where will you be for your pop up locations?
A- This varies, please check our social media for the weeks spots
Q- I love your pizza! How do I book you, I simply must have you
A- Drop us an email or use the 'contact us' section with your details, the date you'd like, how many pizza's you'd like and any other requests and we will be in touch!
Q- How many slices do I need for my event?
A- That really depends on how hungry your guests are! Generally, one slice per guest is a decent snack alongside other food, two slices per guest works for most events and unlimited option if we are the main/sole food provider for your event.
Q- How long do we get you for?
A- A service is normally around 2-3 hours depending on number of guests. We need 1 hour and a half to set up and around 1 hour to clean down.
Q- How do I confirm my booking?
A- Once a date is confirmed as available by us a 30% deposit of the total secures your date. Your chosen date is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to the event.
Q- What is included in the price?
A- The fee covers travel (up to 20 miles from our base), staff costs for the service, set up and clear down, utensils, and power usage, and unlimited slices for around two hours. For events over 100 people there is an additional charge of £200 to cover extra staff costs.
Q- Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
A- We are currently VAT exempt so the price listed is what you pay
Q- Can I request a specific pizza not on your menu for my party?
A- We can make minor changes to our core menu on request, or we can work with you to design a flavour combo of your choice (additional charge may apply- lobster tail is expensive!)
Q- Help! I need to change the date of my event!
A- We want your event to be perfect, so where possible we will accommodate a change for an exceptional circumstances. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity. If a new date cannot be arranged satisfactorily a refund may be given minus the 30% deposit unless within 6 weeks of the original date.
Q- What about bad weather?
A- A reschedule on the day due to bad weather is not normally possible, as by then we have incurred staff and ingredient costs. However, if we decide the weather is too dangerous/unsafe to proceed we will consider cancellation and reschedule at our expense.
Q- What do you need to be at my event?
A- We are self-sufficient in terms of power and water. We need a hard standing, flat service with room to operate. We use a double horse trailer with the ramp down, so at least 8 metres long by 5 metres wide.
Q- Ah shucks, I don't have space in my garden for you
A- No worries! We have a 3mx3m gazebo we can operate out of with exactly the same output. We just need an additional 30 mins to set up.
Q- Do you do gluten free pizza?
A- Due to our processes we cannot ensure a safe cooking environment free of cross contamination so we currently do not offer Gluten free options. We may be able to accommodate a limited amount of gluten free on a case by case basis.
Q- Do you do vegan cheese?
A-Yes, we can turn any of our vegetarian options vegan. We are also happy to design vegan only menu's for your event!
